Design/build project of a 7,866 SF building addition to create additional engine room staging areas, offices, locker rooms, decontamination areas, restrooms, and EMS lounge, mezzanine area & breakroom. The added space also accommodates first responders from the Centronia ambulance corps serving the region. The project consisted of a pre-engineered metal building structure with exterior wall panels, complete HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and site work.
