This design/build project included a state of the art 1200 seat multi-ministry auditorium with sophisticated audio visual & lighting, a large welcoming foyer, large restrooms, café, chapel and a green room. The stage area was structurally designed to accommodate heavy loads such as vehicles and large animals. The sound system was designed to accommodate professional musicians with a plug and play capability for streamlined operations.

As the owner’s representative to the Construction Management firm located in Ohio, Ron Jerdon provided consulting services based on extensive experience and familiarity of Lehigh Valley contractors and suppliers. Jerdon Construction installed the exterior Nichiha panels on the entire facility and performed all the interior carpentry including wood trim, doors, hardware and restroom partitions and accessories.
