Jerdon Construction Services performed extensive demolition and renovations to the 15,000 SF corporate offices of Buzzi Unicem USA. The project was completed in 5 phases over a 5 month period while the tenant maintained complete ongoing operations. Renovations to the entire second floor of the building included HVAC, sprinkler, electric, new partitions, ceilings, flooring, casework, doors & wall finishes.
