This 20,000 SF interior fit out included over 600 linear feet of glass walls and over 1,500 linear feet of interior partition walls. In just 2 months, Jerdon Construction installed 30 private offices, numerous large, medium and small meeting rooms and two large open areas for cubicle workstations.
A new server room was added with a state-of-the-art fire suppression system and a five ton Liebert mini-split system. Jerdon assisted in designing a structural opening in the reception area to support an 8′ x 7′ TV screen which was the main attraction in the suite’s entrance.
