12,000 SF tenant fit-out was the perfect size for the Commonwealth Academy’s satellite office allowing for new offices and conference areas.  The project involved the removal of walls, floors, casework, and doors. New drywall partitions were installed to accommodate the proposed layout. Upgrades included carpet, vinyl cove base, paint, lighting, and electric, HVAC, and installed a new fire alarm system.
