A 2,320 SF, 2nd floor addition to an existing, active, compounding pharmacy. The project was a single-phase construction, with new concrete foundations and structural steel framework for the 2nd story installed within the 1st level during pharmacy closures on weekends. Work included installation of a bathroom, break room, offices and an elevator between floors. Upgraded clean room lab to meet new DOH regulations for producing their compound meds.
