Construction included a 4,600 SF fellowship hall addition and renovations to 1,320 SF of existing classroom space along with an expansion of the parking lot. We value engineered the HVAC system & interior finishes to accommodate the owner’s facility and budget requirements. The project was constructed in three phases to facilitate continuous use for the church’s events and services.
