A multi-phased construction project at a 5,490 SF, existing, in-use Fresenius Kidney Care dialysis facility. Included a 2,078 SF building addition to accommodate four doctors’ offices, lavatories and a new commercial storefront building entrance for the patients. Renovations to the active portion of the building included new flooring, paint, ceiling tile and millwork. Included the associated MEP work to replace the current 12 kidney dialysis stations while adding six additional ones to the floor plan.

The project was completed on time & collaboratively with Fresenius’ equipment manufacturer’s locked-in delivery & installation dates. Added additional phases to the original three phased-project, at no additional cost to the Owner, to increase the amount of active dialysis stations to accommodate their patients.
