The Goodman Birtcher fit-out was a single phase, 2200 SF project on the first floor of a four-story occupied building, located at 7660 Imperial Way. The owners are very detail oriented and many of the finishes reflect that. Examples include decorative glass walls, niches, tackable Homasote panels, back-painted glass and Hakwood flooring.

This will be Goodman Birtchers East Coast flagship-office and will host executives from around the world.
