Located at 7660 Windsor Way in Upper Macungie Township, this project was an approximately 4,315 SF fit out on the occupied second floor of a four story building. Demolition consisted of removal of several GWB partitions and ceiling tile and grid. New GWB partitions were erected to create a conference room and lobby.

All new light fixtures, ceiling grid and tile, window treatments, casework and carpet tile were installed along with oak and glass doors. A molded glass piece of artwork was installed behind the podium and trimmed with oak to match the doors.
