Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, our team was able to complete a challenging project while adhering to strict safety guidelines. We encountered plumbing issues that required extensive saw cutting and patching of the concrete slab, revealing an unexpected crawlspace which resulted in consultation with a structural engineer. All new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems had to be installed. Thanks to our hard work, we were honored with the Excellence in Construction award by ABC.
