This 21,000 SF fitout required the extensive demolition of two entire floors while an existing tenant remained in the building during the construction process.

- Exclusively done by JCS carpenters including reframing the radius exterior wall using 38' long structural metal studs.
- Several building trades where on site at one time which made it challenging - communication was crucial to prevent rework.
