Moravian College chose to partner with Jerdon Construction Services on our dining hall renovation. They selected Jerdon Construction for their expertise in completing complex renovations on tight deadlines.

Jerdon had just 90 days to do a complete demolition and renovation of the entire 12,000 SF space. Temporary protection was used on the lower level due to the operational bookshop.

The Student Union building remained occupied throughout construction and Jerdon was always very considerate of the implications of utility shutdowns, equipment deliveries, etc.  The building also had some equipment which was original to the 1950’s building that needed to be addressed. Jerdon worked closely with the college and their subcontractors to correct the issues while respecting our limited budget. Jerdon worked tirelessly to meet our schedule while always maintaining a positive attitude with the building occupants and the Facilities department.”
