Reeves Library Window Replacement

The Reeves Libaray window replacement project involved removing and replacing over 100 windows. This included new exterior trim, interior trim and painting. Each window opening was unique, and special care had to be taken with the new trim.

We installed acting shutters on some of the new windows, which required approval from the architect for the chosen hardware. New storefront entrances were added as well. We performed most of the work using scaffolding and lifts. Kolbe windows was the approved vendor. Coordination and field measuring had to take place.

Project Highlights

  • Storage for new windows was challenging, so we took extreme care not to damage them.
  • Project was located in an occupied facility, which predicated that noise be kept to a minimum and all debris cleaned up daily.
