A renovation of an existing two story (ground floor and basement), 7,500 SF building into veterinary offices for small animals. Because the client lost their previous location to eminent domain for the I-80 interchange, the project need to be completed for move-in on a strict deadline. This was a GMP project from preliminary drawings through construction.
