Starbucks at LVHN Cedar Crest Lobby. This renovation of an existing coffee stand to a “We Proudly Serve” Starbucks included the addition of a closet, closing in glass separating atrium from doctors’ office, and preserving terrazzo flooring. Level 5 ICRA was required.
