Transforming a Bank into a Brewery:
This former bank has been converted into a microbrewery, featuring state-of-the-art metal brewing equipment and ample space for customers to relax indoors or outdoors.
Project Highlights
- Renovated an old bank which presented several challenges: Discovered an old foundation when digging for plumbing and an old cistern in the parking lot while running sanitary lines.
- A 6" difference between interior and exterior elevations required regrading the parking lot.
- Extensive concrete floor grinding and patching for a multicolored poured epoxy floor.
- Assisted client with setting up the brewing equipment.
